Compare your options
Review provider information, services, features, location and estimated pricing where a provider has supplied it. Comparing three communities against the same set of facts is far easier than remembering three separate phone calls.
Choose who you want to contact
You pick. One provider, three, or none at all. Your information is not distributed to every community in the area, and nobody starts calling you because you looked.

We’re a research tool, not a placement agency
Plenty of senior-care services assign you an advisor who calls, assesses your parent over the phone, and walks you through a shortlist they selected. That model works for some families. It isn’t what we built.
Ever Ahead gives you the information and gets out of the way. If you’d rather have someone manage the process for you, a local placement agency may suit you better, and that is a reasonable choice.
Ever Ahead does not
Before you start
Yes. Families never pay Ever Ahead. We may receive compensation from participating providers when a family connects with them through our platform. That’s how the service stays free. We explain this in full in our referral and advertising disclosure.
Ever Ahead is built to be used without speaking to us at all. Contact information is optional wherever practical. We don’t send your details out to a list of communities, and we don’t hand your number to a sales team. You decide which providers to contact, if any.
No. We show providers that may fit the information you gave us, and we explain why each one appeared. Whether a community is actually right for your family is a judgment only you can make, ideally after touring, asking questions, and talking to the people who would be caring for your parent.
No, and we’d rather say so. Our directory is still being built and doesn’t cover every provider in the Bay Area. Some providers have a commercial relationship with Ever Ahead and some don’t. We’re not a complete or impartial ranking of every community, and we don’t claim to be.
You’re directed to that provider. From there the provider handles everything: questions, availability, tours, assessments, pricing and move-in. Ever Ahead doesn’t run tours or conduct assessments, and we’re not in the room for those conversations.
