Senior care across the Houston Bay Area

We cover southeast Houston and the Bay Area, close enough to know that Pearland and Kemah are entirely different searches.

Why local matters more than families expect

A national directory will tell you there are communities “near Houston.” That’s not useful when you’re trying to work out whether your mother can stay close to the church she’s attended for thirty years, or whether you can get there after work without crossing the whole metro.

The Bay Area is a collection of distinct communities with different geography, different county lines, and very different drives. Which side of Clear Creek a community sits on can change which county administers services. Where you sit relative to I-45 or SH 288 can change a visit from fifteen minutes to fifty.

Areas we cover

Choose your area

Ever Ahead is built for the whole Houston area. We are starting with the Bay Area and southeast Houston, and adding regions as our local guides and provider directory are ready.

Bay Area & southeast Houston

League City

The largest city in Galveston County and the biggest senior living market in the Bay Area, but spread across a lot of ground.

Friendswood

Small-town character and a strong sense of community, straddling the Galveston and Harris county line.

Clear Lake

Part of the City of Houston, next to the Johnson Space Center, with a large and long-established retiree population.

Webster

Small city, outsized medical footprint. Many Bay Area families first hear the words “assisted living” in a hospital here.

Pearland

Fast-growing, mostly in Brazoria County, and oriented toward the SH 288 corridor rather than the bay.

Kemah & Dickinson

Both are inside our service area and included when you search. Dedicated local guides for these communities are being written now.

Looking slightly outside these cities?

Families rarely draw a hard boundary at a city limit, and neither should you. Communities in Webster, Nassau Bay, El Lago, Seabrook, Texas City and southeast Houston are all realistically reachable from most of the Bay Area. When you use our search, tell us where you want to be and how far you’re willing to look. The radius matters more than the city name.
